How long does it take to receive my handcrafted shoes?
Since many of our items are made-to-order in our Maine factory, please allow approximately 4 to 8 weeks for production and delivery. Ready-to-ship items typically process within 2-3 business days.
Can I have my Rancourt & Co. shoes resoled?
Yes, we offer a full refurbishment and resoling service. Our master cordwainers will replace the outsole, provide new laces, and condition the leather to extend the life of your footwear for years to come.
What is your return policy for made-to-order items?
Made-to-order items are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in unworn, original condition. Ready-made stock items are eligible for a full refund.
How do I determine my correct size?
We recommend using our printable size guide located on each product page. Our shoes generally run true to Brannock device sizing, but specific lasts may vary. Please contact our support team for personalized fit advice.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
What types of leather do you use?
We source the finest leathers from world-renowned tanneries, including Horween in Chicago and S.B. Foot Tanning Co. We specialize in Shell Cordovan, Chromexcel, and premium calfskins.
