At Rancourt & Co., we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted footwear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, original condition items. Custom-made or 'Made-to-Order' products are subject to specific terms ensuring your satisfaction with our Maine-built heritage.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our Maine facility, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
